72 hours with the Galaxy S9+|A very solid phone so far!

The Galaxy S9+ will be a smash hit to do many people it’s gonna be scary!

I’ve had nearly every phone from the S line, that’s considered a flagship device. This one is right up there at the top with all the rest, and its even better than I imagined.

First let me talk about the specs, they are great.

  • 6.2 inch QUAD HD SUPER AMOLED
  • Snapdragon 845 processor
  • 3500mAh Battery
  • 6GB RAM 64GB ROM
  • Iris scanner
  • Fingerprint reader
  • Facial Recognition
  • Heart rate monitor
  • Wireless Charging
  • Fast Charging
  • Headphone Jack
  • Dual stereo speakers
  • Slim bezels
  • 12mp Dual cameras w/dual f. stop
  • Android Oreo

I’ve try to find a better set of cameras, on a more complete setup for consumers today at this price. $839. I don’t think you will either, because samsung decided to throw everything on this phone. But that doesn’t mean it’s perfect, because I did find a few things that I don’t like.

First, the battery life is not on par with my Galaxy Note 8, and its only 3300mAh. For some reason, I’m not getting the best battery. But it’s only been 3 days or so, and I’m thinking it will improve over time. Next is the 5 minute limit on recording in 4k 60fps, this is very sad. Because these cameras are absolutely great! But giving me only 5 minutes is flat out depressing, and I really want samsung to give us an update later on. One more thing, it’s too slippery, but I’ve got a case on it anyway.

Ya know, it’s really been a joy using this as it feels like a solid phone, and performs like one. The screen is so beautiful, as you would only expect from samsung. It’s the norm. The speakers are great, but not ground breaking in my opinion. They sound really nice, and clear. They may not be the loudest, but they do rock when you crank up the volume.

I’ll be comparing this phone to my Galaxy Note 8 soon, but for now. Check out my current videos at the break.
